I Figured It Out!

Finally! After a few days of thinking, I finally figured out a way to make the beak of my mask and not have it be too heavy.

I decided to bundle up a page of newspaper and shape it into a beak-ish looking thing and use the paper mache paste to initially keep it in place. 

Then I covered it in paper mache strips to anchor it in place and keep it together. Once it dries I will put two more layers on it and then paint it. 

Anyone else working on any exciting projects?
